Here I will write about not just what I am currently reading, but where that takes me &#8211; in my head and in my heart, in respect to what I already know and what I would like to know. \u00a0And, I can already see my &#8220;sticking to the book&#8221;, so to speak, will not last terribly long!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Looking forward to January, I am at the moment reading (amongst other things)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Marilynne_Robinson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marilynne Robinson&#8217;<\/a>s &#8220;Gilead&#8221; and giving that some thought&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;And then writing a little about what I am thinking &#8211; being the point of the exercise!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A New Year coming and a new blog with it &#8211; an early resolution of sorts! \u00a0I do read a lot, and very diversely I would say &#8211; fiction and non-, classics and poetry, art books and cookbooks, online and off.
