That&#8217;s the pessimistic reading, and perhaps the only reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The Guardian<\/em> this morning <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2023\/mar\/20\/ipcc-climate-crisis-report-delivers-final-warning-on-15c\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> and offers <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2023\/mar\/20\/humanity-at-climate-crossroads-highway-to-hell-or-a-livable-future\" target=\"_blank\">some clear analysis<\/a>.
